Dr. Lani and Richard Warren are great. They are very nice and have very calm personalities. Also her front desk staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Jenny and Tasha. One negative thing I don't like is her mother, Rosalie, the billing lady. She charged me again for something I already paid, and on top of that she charged me for rebilling fee. She refused to help me by look back to her receipt book and made it like it was my problem. Yes, it was.How would feel if someone make you pay for something you already paid. She even suggested me go find another doctor if I don't pay for it. I did mention it to Dr. Lani, and she said that she will talk to Rosalie. For the sake that I was 32 weeks pregnant with some complications at the time. I did not need any more problems from any angles. AND YES, I DID TAKE HER SUGGESTION...I FOUND ANOTHER DOCTOR...DR. MARY TOTMAN.

She and I are "on the same wavelength," and I enjoyed her very much. She answers all my questions, provides the data/latest research plus her own perspective/interpretation, has a very calm yet personal manner. I think very well of her. During delivery, I felt I had a lot of her attention. She delivers at El Camino Hospital.
