I use Paychex for my firm, because they are reliable, affordable, and they give you a single point of contact. Nicol is my go-to person for any questions.
Nicol has helped several of my clients, including everything from small new companies, one-person shops, corporations, and S-corporations running infrequent payrolls to large companies. They can handle complex payroll conversions either mid-year or at year end, and offer human resources consulting as needed. I appreciate their responsiveness and the quality of their work.

Nicol Bernhardt is a professional to the core, quick efficient and to the point. Once you "hand over" your pay roll to her you don't have to worry any longer. Your employees will be happy too for the prompt and accurate service. Nicol is always reachable and returns your phone asap!

As an accountant, I have prepared payroll for years. I cannot tell you how relieved I am having Paychex take care of mine and my clients.
Tax laws change, and if you make a mistake it can cost you what you try to save. I have spent hours fixing clients tax issues when they had their bookkeeper do it. It not only cost them in penalties, but they had to pay me to fix it.
Nicol can make the process easy, and continues to be there after you sign up.
All employers should use a payroll provider, and I cannot say enough to recommend Nicol.

I am a starting a business and decided to outsource my payroll services as soon as I hired my first employee. I interviewed multiple services and decided that Paychex offered me the best solution. If you are employing someone for the first time Nicol is great about educating you on all the requirements for taxes, workers comp, etc. Once I realized all the work involved I definitely did not want to do this myself!
