I needed an idea for a birthday gift for my husband. A friend suggested I shop for him using a personal shopper at Nordstrom. I thought it was a great idea so I decided to give it a try. I called Nordstrom and was connected to Carol Ida. I described my husband and the style I wanted for him. She shopped the men's dept. and then I met with her briefly to review her choices. She did an amazing job finding stylish outfits for him based on only a phone call from me. Next, I set up an appointment for my husband with Carol to try everything on. Carol agreed to come in on her day off just to accomodate my husband's schedule. I suprised him with the appointment card in his birthday card. He met with Carol and enjoyed trying things he would not have picked out for himself. She took great care of him and arranged for all the alterations to be done. He looks great thanks to Carol. All in all I highly recommend Carol!!!!!
