The best of the best. FIT only hires the most experienced trainers and it shows. I have trained with several folks there, including Thom and they have all be very knowledgeable. What more, they are totally focused on results and help you stay motivated to stay on track.

Thom is the owner of FIT. He is a very skilled trainer and knows how your body functions. He is one of the best trainers there. I have used a few others and while they work good too my personal preference was Thom.
