The groomer called our house claiming that she was unable to get matts out of our golden retriever's coat. She said that she had been working on our dog for an hour and would have to shave him. In fact, he'd only been there for 20 minutes when she called. She was just lazy. He'd been going to another groomer and we only changed because we needed an appointment at the last minute...won't make that mistake again. Our pet looked so bad that even he was embarrassed to be seen. He looked like a lab in the back and a golden in the front! We think he was cold as he didn't want to take his normal evening walks. Never again!!!!
