We have Oleg come to our home in Palo Alto every 6 months to tune our grand piano. He is extremely professional and we are happy to have him call us every 6 months to remind us to care for our piano. This time he vacuumed and cleaned the interior of our piano for a small additional fee since it had accumulated a lot of dust. He also advised us to close off a nearby heating vent that was blowing hot air on the piano. In summary, I fully trust Oleg to do what is best for our piano.
