I have not used Art for a while so this may be out of date. He is a thoroughly competent plumber, pricing about average but the big issue is that he is a one-man shop so scheduling him was not always easy, and he was reluctant until pressed to admit that he could not do a job when I needed him. I would use him again though if his schedule fit mine.
