Have used them twice. Their plumbers are clean, cheerful, and pretty knowledgable. They charge by the hour and are decent at estimating how long the work will take. They could be more knowledgable - when I had them in to work an issue with a high end shower valve I ended up finding a parts diagram for the valve on the internet for them which was the key to finding the problem. For less esoteric stuff they just do a good job. Also, they are a large outfit so have many plumbers to send to a job. Unlike some other plumbers I have worked with I always felt like the transaction was a straightforward business transaction. They are #1 on my list to call when I need a general purpose plumber.
