We used O'Grady one time. They came to fix a dishwasher drainage line that had formed a leak.

The person who came to our house didn't seem competent. He didn't bring the correct tools and spent much time (on the clock) looking for tools. He also hooked up the line but did not attach it correctly. Actually he didn't attach one end at all. When we turned on the dishwasher and left it to run overnight, it flooded the kitchen. They came back out to fix it and wanted to charge us again. We refused to pay and complained to the owner. He offered to give us $25 off our next job.
