Businesses go through various stages. Although I am successful, I felt I was not attaining my personal goals and needed someone to help me, help myself.
I have not finished and I have already seen massive improvement in building the talents and strengths of my company and its employees.

I came to David Joud by way of a friend's referral. At the time I wasn't looking for a business/personal coach, but I was definitely in a rut on some business and personal situations. I started with David and quickly realized the great benefit of working with someone outside of your work & family, but who listens, helps you prioritize and guides you on an implementation plan. In my case, the help in maintaining focus on the highest priority tasks through affirmations was simple but effective.
David worked with me over the phone, I never met him in person, which cuts down on the logistics. He also has a network of people and services to help point you for personal & business needs. I was coached for one month, but plan to do this at least yearly to keep me on track.

I've used David to help grow my acupuncture business. I was doing a lot of things right, but he really helped me to focus on setting up the systems to help my business run smoothly. What's more, he has helped me put measurement tools in place throughout my business so that I can track ROI on ALL of my activities. I know instantly if what I'm doing valuable or not.
David is totally results oriented. You have to do the work, but David will keep you on track and provide you the tools you need to achieve your goals. He will settle for nothing less.
