My work group did a team building workshop through the Flag Foundation and we participated in equine facilitated activities. It was very interesting and shed a lot of light on some of the dynamics in our group that were both destructive and useful to us. The information and insights we gained from this workshop have had long lasting effects in our work group and we continue to refer to lessons learned that day.

This is a very powerful forum for personal growth and development. I learned more in one session than I have in years of traditional talk therapy. The work is experiential, solution focused and the results are immediate.
