We asked Alba to help us purchase our new home.

All along she was very patient, very knowledgeable of the market and very wise when giving us advice.

We liked three things about her.

First, she learned how we liked the houses, she was very accurate on showing us exactly what we were expecting to see. She never took us to a home that she hadn´t previewed before, therefore we didn´t spend hours looking and looking at properties, she did it for us. She earned our trust and she superseded our expectations. She knew exactly what homes we would like and which ones we wouldn´t.

Second: There weren´t any homes for sale in the neighborhood that we wanted to buy. She put together a flyer for that neighborhood and if we hadn´t stopped her she would've gone door knocking to that neighborhood to look for someone willing to sell a house for us.

Third: She treated us with utmost care and professionalism. She cares about every human being regardless if they are her clients or not, and her caring shows all over. We truly enjoyed working with her. It was a real pleasure.

Off the record, she´s easy going and fun, and our kids put up with the house searching because they were happy watching movies in her car. We loved our experience with her.
