Footwear Etc. has stores in Los Altos, Palo Alto,San Carlos and other bay area cities. I shop regularly at the one in Los Altos. They carry women's sizes up to 11 and 12. Also different widths. They are great about recommending shoes that will fit you well. Also, if they don't have your size they can order it from another store and they usually get it in the next day. They do not charge extra for this service and you don't have to buy the shoes if you don't want them. They carry lots of nice brands, from sneakers to shoes for work. The salespeople are very helpful and not hard sell.
