The Runners High has a huge selection of running shoes and the staff can usually make a decent recommendation. In order to make the best choice you need to allocate time to really try on many different brands and styles and go outside and run around to get a good feel for the shoes. It is a small store and I highly recommend you find a time to shop when they are not busy. Weekends in that store are like a zoo, there is no room to sit and I've walked out because it is impossible to make a good decision amongst so much chaos. Also, note that they are closed on Mondays.
