I stepped into the parlor, and the man sitting in the front doesn't bother to look up from the magazine that he's reading. When he does bother to look up and get a hold of the tattoo artist that I called 2 days previously, the tattoo artist, Scott, comes out of the back and asks if I had an appointment. I had spoken to him personally on the phone and had arranged it with him. He told me to put in a deposit and to come back in a week and he would have something drawn up. I came back, and the drawing was little more than a sketch. He told me that he had great ideas and that I should come again in a week. I came, but he wasn't there. Apparently he hand't shown up all week. I was told to come back the next day. 3 times I went to the place, and I still didn't have anything. I went back the next day and got my deposit.
