Melanie made the arrangements for my trip to Italy. I gave her a rough idea of the places I wanted to visit and the things I like to do, and she took it from there. The hotels and activities that she chose were exactly to my taste and her intimate knowledge of the country enabled her to make the right decisions about modes of transportation to use to get around from region to the next. She arranged for a private driver where a taxi would not have made sense. All of the arrangements worked out flawlessly and I have Melanie to thank for making my trip as easy and enjoyable as possible.

Melanie Hibbs at Oyster Travel took care of our most recent vacation. She was very informed, thorough and helpful through the entire planning stages and followed through to the end. We had a total of 25 people we had to organize from pre-cruise hotel stays, 7-day cruise and round trip flights for everyone. She was patient and persistent having to deal with bankrupt airlines and rebookings. She's a gem. I would deal with Melanie Hibbs and Oyster travel again.

Melanie put together a great babymoon for us to the Cook Islands. We had no idea where we wanted to go and she came up with the perfect suggestion. The resorts were all amazing and it is the first vacation where we said we want to come back. Our only regret is that we didn't listen to her more and had her change the original itinerary, but what she recommended would have been the best by far.

I called on Melanie about 3 weeks ago because My wife and I needed to make quick plans to get out of town for a much needed vacation. Melanie was very quick and thorough in getting us set up with a trip including air, car & hotel. She listened to what we wanted and put the perfect package together.
Out of curiosity I looked up our trip on Expedia.com. We paid a better price through Melanie at Oyster travel! We were very pleased with that too!

Melanie has been a god send. She does her homework. She has been patient when need be and acts fast when needed. She has been very helpful with our daughters wedding and honeymoon plans and our mini vacations. She even found special deals at hotels before the hotel staff knew about it. We highly recommend her!
