This is an amazing website for any family, but they seem to have a great handle on the particular challenges facing single parents. I sent off and email to with a few details to the general "info" email address on their site, thinking I'd hear from them in a few days or so, but the NEXT DAY there was a detailed email from Jan giving me a bunch of options, with narrative on why one itinerary was better than another, and fully-costed travel plan spelling out exactly what I'd be paying (taxes all included etc, so didn't need to do that math on top). When I queried the difference in hotels, I got a candid and detailed answer. After my hassles with Expedia and others, I have to say, this was an incredibly wonderful surprise. Imagine getting a live person responding, who's willing to offer up an opinion when asked.
