I went in for threading and the girl waxed my eyebrows. I told her I wanted threading and when she stared waxing I thought- since I had never had threading that she needed to wax some areas because of short hairs. Not the case she waxed both of my eyebrows- and one was very noticeable uneven.

Not to mention it cost me $28.00. For a wax job that I could of done better at. When I questioned the guy ringing me up, he acted like he didn't understand me. I had it done on a Friday night and on Saturday morning I went to see if someone who spoke English could have them fix my eyebrow- they told me no.

I will never go back- it's no wonder they are always slow. It' too bad because I would of went to them for everything since they are a full service salon.
