I am thrilled with the Jumpstart program. Dr. Rugh is a warm, caring medical doctor. I feel extremely comfortable with Dr. Rugh and Arlene. They are both motivating and as excited as I am with the amazing progress I have made. I have tried many other programs, but this one is working. My sister and I started Jumpstart together. We both made it through the holiday season losing weight. We are both thrilled with that accomplishment. I only have 12 more pounds to lose to meet my goal weight!!

Best Dr. experience I have ever had - at 40 yrs - female.
Have done weight loss programs before - succeeded - but couldn't keep it off
Hated the lousy staff that had to weigh you in - Arlene is amazing and even with a loss of 9 oz when you are supposed to lose 3-5 lbs, came up with something positive - like the fat ratio - which their amazing high tech scale reports.
Highly recommed - best weight loss for your buck - Your fees pay for more than anything I have every tried.
4 weeks on a 12 week deal.
