Being a Certified Health Advisor with Take Shape for Life, I recommend Medifast. I provide you complimentary coachng to make sure you don't go hungry! Together we would combine Medifast foods with your regular lean and green meal(s) so we have you eating small meals 5-6 times per day. Medifast is a VLC (very low calorie) program, meaning 800-100 per day including your lean and green meal. Yes, you could easily lose weight in 4 weeks . . . in fact, you would see lost weight in less time than that. Barbara has coached me on my weight management program. I needed to lose about 50 lbs. She has been very, very instrumental in helping me to design a program that would really work with my lifestyle, at my pace. I'm a busy attorney, and she's been very close to me in so far as coaching me, mentoring me, giving me ideas, helping me in my negative attitude. The thing I like most about Barbara is that she helps me also from a state-of-mind approach, wherein I am helped by her to examine my own thoughts as a contribution to my situation. I would give Barbara and her services a 5, absolutely, and I highly recommend anybody who has been on a variety of diets and is still overweight to contact Barbara. She and you together will have it off sooner than you ever realized.
