Carole Murray is a little careless in doing her work. She is not very detailed and not easy to get a hold of. However, she does have a flexible schedule. Sometimes, she overlooks certain details on the order. But she was good when explaining details on each unit we purchased. Her prices were a little on the pricer side, though.
