This is an attached third/fourth car garage that is 2 cars deep (tandem). It is fully enclosed and separate from the house's main garage so we don't ever access your private space. The ceilings are high and the garage door is taller and wider than standard garage doors, allowing for easier access for larger items/vehicles. The house is located in a secluded cul-de-sac providing additional security. Access to the garage is very flexible and we can accommodate needs within 1 hour on most occasions. We do not have any pets. I have no plans to use this space personally for several years so longer-term rentals are preferred, but not required.
