Quite and safe neighbor easily accessible and convenient off the 405 freeway. Perfect for someone who needs to park a vehicle somewhere that can be easily and quickly accessed. We would prefer a non recreational vehicle like a car, truck, van, etc. We would need a copy of the key in the rare case we need to move it to allow access behind it. It would only be moved a very short distance and would be put back. Of course we would let you know when we need to access the vehicle to move and you can monitor your odometer to make sure we don't go on any joy rides! =) There are cameras on the property for added security.
