The storage rooms are climate controlled vacant ground floor offices with easy abundant parking. Each office has a unique deadbolt lock. The entire building is secure, and locked in the evenings. The receptionist monitors traffic in and out of the building and the security alarm is set in the evenings when the building is locked. Renters will be provided access keys and alarm system codes. There's a receptionist and 5 law firms in the building so there are always personnel in the facility. The storage offices are to the rear of the building and are serviced via a side double door entrance that is locked. This space is ideal for File storage, Clothing, Furniture, Electronics, etc. No flammable liquids or explosive material are permitted in the building.
