Summary
This is a concrete slab behind my house. It opens up to an alley. It is in a very safe area by University Park. I would prefer if you could access the space during daytime hours because I have dogs that will bark at night. If you have to come at night just let me know beforehand so that I am aware. I would also prefer to have a spare key of the car in case I need to move it. Willing to work with each renter. This listing is for one car/small trailer only on east side of slab. This listing includes electrical access from outlet on back of house.
