Summary
On 125 acre ranch halfway between Sacramento and Truckee. One way in and out through locked gate with caretaker family next to entrance. Right after rain, roads can be muddy. Fine a few days later. Large semi trucks make it in so access is fine. Storage area is about 1/2 mile in from gate.
