I have a bunch of unfinished bedrooms that can be used for storage. This is a commercial lot, not a private home. Option to work with the owner for work/trade agreement of the room/s they want to rent I understand the rooms are not finished, but they will do the job for secure storage. Plenty of parking around the property and reserved spots are also available. If you see a photo of a room, then it is available for rent. The place comes with power and public bathrooms. There is a retired man whom patrols the building for security at the moment. 4 of the rooms are upstairs and are not handicap worthy. Shared kitchen as well for people that want to rent this room a an office space in the future. It would be nice to find someone who can finish the room in exchange for rent.
