I am the owner of this property and have a medium sized backyard. All items must be stored in a plastic or metal container and placed under a tarp. You must provide your own tarp and bringing a wooden palette to place your items on is highly suggested but optional. There is not a fence and access would be through my unpaved driveway. I have cameras around the home to prevent theft but keep in mind that your items are still susceptible to weather damage and/or theft. You will have access any time between Fri 5pm-Sun 7pm. Please call AND text me 1hr before arrival. Other days/times can be arranged w/ 48hr notice. This space is perfect for outdoor gear such as kayaks, snowmobiles, tools, ect. that are meant to be outdoors. It's really up to you what you are okay with leaving outside. Please don't stack anything more than 6ft high as it can collapse by strong winds. I have the right to inspect all items and deny services if I disapprove of what is being stored. I do not accept animals, humans, flammables, drugs/paraphernalia, food/perishables, vehicles, weapons, and anything else deemed illegal or dangerous. Thank you for considering my backyard!
