Smoke and pet free space. The basement is located in our home that was built in 2018. Basement is entirely finished except this one room which will become a future bathroom. Temperature will always stay between 65 and 75. Door has a lock and floor is made of cement though we can provide rugs if you'd like. Basement room is down one flight of normal width stairs with one turn. Large furniture like couches will not fit down the stairs. We would prefer a long-term renter but are open to short term as well.
