Large yard for storage. Fenced area and non-fenced areas available. Your fee covers a space as large as 20 x 15 feet. The side entrance is large enough for an ATV to fit thru , but not a regular vehicle or trailer. There are no pets that live here or covering for storage. You may bring you own storage containers. This is an outdoor storage. You would not be able to leave items here in the event of a weather emergency such as hurricane warning. We have no way to secure them or bring them to an indoor storage. We cannot leave items that could cause damage to home or neighboring property. Sudden tornadoes and storms over Tropical Depression strength storms rarely ever occur, but be aware that this is just an outdoor space with no weather protection. Once official notice of hurricane watch becomes a hurricane warning, you would be responsible for picking up your items as they are being stored in an open space. We cannot be responsible for items that suffer damage or disappear from any sudden fluke storms. Also, we are not responsible for any theft. I am home at most times, but be aware that this is a back yard and some areas are not fenced. The neighborhood is very quiet 365 days a year, but We suggest that if items are valuable, you lock them securely. Yard is huge. Fenced part can only be accessed thru regular gates. 2nd half of yard has open access at the side that has an opening that is about 45-48 inches.
