I have an area available for rent at my property. The space is ideally for someone who would like a safe area to store their belongs for an extended period time and not for daily use, the area is protected by an access door. The area measurements are as follows. L = 10 Feet W = 7 Feet 7 inches H = 7 Feet 7 inches Door Opening = 2 Feet 30 inches Rent is $75 per month. Security deposit of $75 is required. That is $150 to move in. There is no application fee, and all leases are for 1 year.
