There is a front gate just over 11ft wide, then just over 12 ft between house and fence, and then over 13 ft between workshop and fence. Long paved driveway up to the shop, then it is dirt. Some small work allowed to be done on-site, all rubish from work cannot be stored on-site and must be removed. No working involving motor fluids allowed. Power provided for minimal use only, maintaining batteries and systems check. Please do not draw power for extended period of time, i.e. A/c or Heater. Vehicle must be in working order and not an eyesore. Please send a picture when first contacting me about the site. We will need to talk via phone before approval.
