Lots of space right by BYU! This is a space in an attic. There is actually quite a bit of space here, but I didn't think many students needed that much so you can have the option of having as much or as little space as you want for cheap. This space is probably best for household items. It is dedicated as a storage room. It's attached to a climate controlled building so the climate is mild, but there's no internal climate control system.
