Clean, well maintained Storage spaces located on the edge of Wellington, West of I25. Easy access from road to open field parking. Parking is done in recycled asphalt. Backs to evergreen tree line providing some shade for your toys. Will take RV’s, boats, cars, trucks, and other trailers. Will also store construction, oilfield, farm & other various equipment. We offer storage space sizes ranging from less than 20ft. on up to 55ft. in 5ft. increments. Can also customize larger areas to fit your needs.

Steven's property was idea for the short term storage of my 40' RV. He and his wife were great and when I needed to extend the time because of Covid they made certain they could accommodate me without any hassles. I will use them again.
