The owners were great; very friendly and accommodating. The storage area was just what we needed and at a very reasonable price. The owners guided us in to park our RV in their lot, since our son (our driver pulling the trailer) had not pulled a trailer before. They pulled it out to their driveway for us when we were ready to pull it out. They even cleaned and charged the hitch battery when they discovered it needed it (after checking with us).
