Why are you guys never returning phone calls or call the number provided by a customer? How am I supposed to know if a payment has been made on my account or not if you guys do not reach out. I do not have access to any email address that has previously been provided so if that is your only contact resource then you have failed to do your part on your end. I would hope this doesn’t not become an issue with my property. I have left voicemails on how can I make a payment. Someone from this company needs to call me back this is absurd.

Love Stuf! I'm really happy with moving my storage unit to Stuf. Very easy reservation process, done virtually and Katrina was SO kind and helpful on the phone. They are just a phone call away if you run into any issues. I only had one, I couldn't open my unit initially, but I just had to jiggle the handle/lock and viola!
