Longmont residents since 2019, we had a concrete floor poured in our pole barn at the end of 2021, have been using it as a part-time skating rink since, and are ready to repurpose it now. We live in a quiet neighborhood with a strong community and are looking to rent out the half of the pole barn that we are not using.
