ADDENDUM: We've had all five-star ratings from our tenants with the exception of one four-star. He registered to store his RV, and prior to arriving, contacted us and advised that he decided to keep his unit at his home.
We didn't meet him, nor did he come to the property to see it ahead of time. Unknown why he would have left the lower rating...
