"We just started our rental at public storage. Upon arrival- I was tired and frazzled from a hectic day. The staff was beyond kind and helpful and assisted/answered any questions I had about my new rental. Facility is much bigger than expected. Great place to store my college daughter’s car while at C of C."－ Verified review

"More than happy with my experience with Elizabeth! Parked my RV in her space for over a year. Tarps came off my RV during a few wind storms and she always updated me. Friendly and quick responses. Very large parking space. Definitely recommend!"－ Verified review

"A First-Class Storage Experience! If you are looking for a clean, secure, and well-maintained facility with a team that actually cares about its clients, this is the place. I recently brought my motorhome here, and Natalie went completely above and beyond to help me. She patiently walked me through three different spots to make sure I had plenty of room to maneuver and get the rig parked comfortably. Even with the extra time and effort it took to find the perfect fit, the management never tried to hit me with any surprise or additional fees, which says a lot about how they run their business. We did run into a minor issue with the storage door not closing, but Natalie jumped right on it. She coordinated with a service technician immediately to get it fixed up quickly, professionally, and without any hassle. From start to finish, the entire staff—Courtney, Natalie, and the doorman—were incredibly courteous, professional, and focused on making sure everything was handled right. They took what could have been a stressful moving day and made it incredibly easy. I highly recommend Prime Storage. It’s rare to find this level of genuine customer service these days, and they truly take pride in what they do!"－ Verified review

"Dustin is totally cool, A very nice helpful guy. His place is perfect for me . THANKS DUSTIN, HELPED ME OUT ALOT, NO PROBLEMS AT ALL, VERY CHILL DUDE! And Neighbor is a pretty cool deal. The only rub I have is when they say late fee after 10 days but we're always charging my card days early, and after being only 6 days over due I was charged a late fee... But all in all it worked out well for me. Now since I moved my stuff out today Sept 30th... Guess we shall see if they try and charge me anyway. I'm guessing like everyone else most likely. You know the severance alamony insurance companies charge you even if you are on a month to month..... Pretty much everyone does that crapola! Anyway thanks Dustin, and neighbor ✌️"－ Verified review
