How do I cancel?
Neighbor is flexible. There are no complicated contracts and no long-term commitments. You can easily cancel your reservation online in a few clicks. There are no cancellation fees – stop your reservation any month.
Is Neighbor safe?
Yes, Neighbor is committed to safety. All hosts are identity verified and covered by $1M in liability coverage. We offer renters an extra layer with property protection plans.
Generally Neighbor host locations are much safer than storage facilities. And because we have spaces all across the country, it’s still important to use your judgment about the location you are parking or storing your items.
Can I live or work in the space I rent?
No, we don’t allow any space to be lived in, worked in, or stayed in. Hosts are renting their space for storage only.
Each host determines the hours of access for their location, so if frequent access is important to you, be sure to check the individual policy of the space you are looking at.
