Once you select a space and submit a reservation request, a preauthorization hold will be placed on the funds in your account until the reservation is approved. Once approved, your card will automatically be charged at the time of approval. Thereafter, you’ll be charged on the first day of each successive monthly rental period. Once your reservation is approved, you’ll receive all the details needed for a successful move-in via email, including the exact listing address. Note that some commercial locations will automatically display the listing address prior to approval.
