Summary

This listing is for a stationary boat dock with a high and dry lift. I have 2 docks and 2 lifts. 1 dock will hold a 20’ boat with no top and the other will hold a 15’ boat with a top. I have security camera surveillance recording 24/7 which I can give you access at all times to look in whenever you may want and you will have access to use your boat 24/7, as well. If you need me to get the boat ready and gassed up for a trip, I will accommodate, but this would be an extra charge. We can discuss at a later date. My house is on the Sam's Beach Canal a few houses away from the skeleton marina off Clark Street where they have fuel pumps on the way out of my canal it is very Convenient.
