About our facility

This is a professionally managed and operated retail parking lot. It is located at: 3516 E. Imperial Hwy Lynwood, CA 90262. It is conveniently located between I-105 & I-710. Ideal for cars, vans, motorcycles, etc. Please note that the vehicle you would like to store must adhere to the following: 1. The Renter must be the owner of the vehicle and must have a valid Driver License or ID card 2. The vehicle must have an active/valid registration 3. The vehicle must have an active/valid insurance 4. Work can not be done (e.g., mechanical, detail, etc.) while parked at the lot 5. Residency and/or occupying the vehicle is not allowed while parked on the lot 6. The parking space for rent is outdoor and uncovered 7. There will be a $150 fee for lost/replacement keys Renters will be provided with a key to the gate and will have 24/7 & 365-day access to the lot. Thank You!
