We purchased this severely neglected and distressed property in 2019 with the hopes of contributing to the revitalization of the Springfield Community and the downtown Jacksonville area. We have recycled more than 1630 cubic yards of materials that was dumped on the property in the vision of creating a cleaner and more welcoming environment to residents and visitors alike. Now we have a clean and secure area and we are happy to share the storage space with others. We have about 60,000ft2 of concrete parking area so feel free to reach out if you need more space than is advertised.

No history of break-ins or theft but we are constantly improving the property to ensure the safest storage space possible. More cameras and dusk til dawn lighting coming soon. Portions of the property are occupied by long term trusted tenants that monitor activities 24/7.
