Private residence 3 minutes off 75 at Fruitville exit 210, gated, security camera and I’m home. I respond quickly because I know it’s important for you to have reliable plans for your toys. I will do my best to accommodate your needs, I do shy away from commercial vehicles, boat and jet ski storage; when you need frequent access. I prefer long term renters with occasional access (not daily/weekly). This is my home and prefer not having ‘visitors’ too often. I hope you can understand I enjoy my quiet privacy. I do require reasonable notification if you need access (but emergencies happen). Thank you for considering my ranch for your needs.

This Neighbor (Steven) is AMAZING!!! We chose Steven because he did have a good rating even tho he was more $. He was in contact with us at all times. We had trouble having the dealer delivering our camper and he was SO cooperative and sent a pic of it ! Also, when it got to his place he noticed the battery could be recharged..so HE recharged the battery for us. He's worth his weight in gold

Drop off was nice and easy. Steven was as nice as can be. His lot is very secure and secluded. There were a number of other RV's being stored there which made me feel better about leaving mine there. Would recommend if you need a cheap safe place to park your RV Long term.
