The space feels good and secure. I’ve stored two cars for about a week at a time because I didn’t need a full month. However, the app doesn’t seem to offer pro-rated rental for less than a month at a time. Therefore I’ve had to pay a total of nearly $1,200. A published daily/weekly pro-rated charge would probably have been more cost-effective for me while giving Kevin the flexibility to explore rentals for longer intervals.

The space was great, easy to get to, and well-located!
I did have issues with the "Neighbor" system, which is not Kevin's fault. It turns out that they charge the first of the month, and I was assured that was not the case. I moved in on Nov7th and needed to move out on Dec6th. I was told by two different people at "Neighbor" that I would not have to pay for another whole month... they were wrong
