Summary
The basement is basically a large unfinished wide open space. I have two 20 by 15 feet spaces, but actually the total basement is 1200 square feet total. There are stairs to enter the basement however. I prefer longer term such as 6 months or longer. Also need to call me when you want entry, and that is easy with my cell phone.
