Please read through before reserving! This is a mall parking lot that has plenty of extra available parking spaces for rent on a monthly basis. We accept different vehicles and small trailers at this lot. We will only accept registered, insured, and running vehicles. These are open air parking lot locations. You will park in a secluded portion of our lot so you will have a secure experience along with our security guards and cameras that will be running 24/7. We will share the lot section after your reservation is approved. You'll feel right at home storing your vehicle or trailer at our location. ***There is no working or living allowed in our parking lots. Vehicle must be running*** You will be required to fill and sign a leasing form AFTER placing your reservation through Neighbor, but BEFORE you will be approved to move into the space. You will be sent the form via Neighbor's messaging system or you can reach out to the host directly for the form. When placing a reservation, please specify within the "What are you going to store" section the following info: 1. Your vehicle type 2. Your license plate number 3. Full Name 4. Email 5. Phone Number 6. # of months you plan to store. The leasing form will be valid for 1 year, but all our rentals are month to month so you can stay as long or as short as you'd like! Please place a reservation for the correct size of vehicle or trailer you have, we will host 10x20 and 10x40 vehicles at the lot. There are NO utilities available at these locations so please do not request them.
