Summary

The house is very nice, clean and well kept. The basement is very large, we do our laundry there and also used to designate a space to work out. It isn’t finished, the only downside is because of the location when it rains parts of the basement can get a little bit wet but never flooded and that’s not the part you will be renting. We already use a part of it as storage and just to make sure considering anything valuable put a little something on to protect it (other the the insurance we already have put in place). There is just so much unused, yet usable space, let’s put it this way I’ve been told by people they would be just fine sleeping in it lol.
