The bedroom available for storage is on the 2nd story, with wood-style vinyl floors and an attached closet. House is typically kept about 68-72 degrees farenheit. Short or long term lease is fine, but cannot last beyond 04/30/2021. Renters may have access to the storage space at anytime with several hours notice. If you would like to rent out a smaller portion of the space, a discounted rate can be negotiated. The space will then become a shared rental space, but I will always be present when any renter is onsite, regardless if the space is private or shared. There is also a parking spot in a private driveway available for rent for vehicle storage needs. Please send me a message for additional information.
